Rating: - Still not used the damn thing!
Bought 4 & none of them have any pods - which were supposed to be free...cannot find any to fit anywhere else, cannot get in contact with anyone who sells pods
What a waste of time & money!

The machine has worked well for a year but the increasing difficulty of locating the coffee pods has taken away all of the pleasure. I have contacted Russell Hobbes to equire whether it is legal to sell a machine for which they no longer provide an essential consumable component. They have been deeply unhelpful, saying they have no obligation to support their own coffee-making machine.
Rating: - The end of the line
We have owned and appreciated one of these for some time. However, if you want to buy one please be aware that the coffee pods needed for this machine have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Other pods are available in a slightly different size; you can buy an "adaptor", but the one we got makes the machine leak and splutter boiling water.
Rating: - Do not buy the UNO UNO
I have had one of these for some years and have really enjoyed the coffe it made.
I have just found out the the Russell Hobbs pods are no longer being produced. Russell Hobbs have advised to try easypods.co.uk. I did a couple of years ago and switched back as the results were no where near as good - possibly because I had to use an adaptor plate.
I shall be very sad seeing my UnoUno consigned to the great unknown but I feel that the sensible option is to switch to a different machine.

I had this gadget for my birthday last year - it is used regularly - it is quick and easy and requires hardly any cleaning (but see below).
2 draw backs - hence I deducted a star.
One is the need to clean out the reservoir regularly or it gets algaefied at the bottom - pop it in a large jug - or it falls over - and fill up with hot water and a denture tablet cures this.
